Terms of Service

Using FourMind

A person must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and physical NFC token, and use the service lawfully. The account owner is responsible for activity under their account and for choosing which apps and schedules to restrict.

Restrictions and physical tokens

FourMind relies on public operating-system capabilities. Availability and enforcement can change with device settings, permissions, operating-system updates, or platform limits. The user should never place a token somewhere unsafe or inaccessible.

Essential device functions and emergency paths must remain available. FourMind must not be used where delayed access to another app could create danger, loss, or a legal violation.

Accounts and community

Users may not impersonate others, harass people, automate abuse, bypass service security, or publish unlawful content. The Community Standards apply to profiles, groups, invitations, challenges, and other social activity. Users can report content and block accounts. FourWeb Studio may remove content or limit, suspend, or close accounts when reasonably needed to protect users, comply with law, or preserve the service.

Availability

The service may change as features and platform capabilities evolve. We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that restrictions will be impossible to bypass.

Privacy, deletion, and contact

The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Account deletion is available inside the app and described in the deletion guide. Questions can be sent to info@fourwebstudio.it.
