Restriction problems
Check that Screen Time access remains allowed, the selected apps are still present, and the focus session is active. Restarting or updating iOS can temporarily require FourMind to restore its schedule.
NFC problems
Hold the top of the iPhone close to the same FourMind token used for the session. Remove a thick case if scanning is unreliable. Do not rewrite the token while a session is active.
Account and privacy
Data export and deletion are available under Settings → Privacy and data. Read the Privacy Policy or the account-deletion guide.
Community safety
Use the action menu on a profile, group, invitation, or challenge to report a concern or block an account. For an urgent safety issue, email us with the subject “FourMind safety”. Do not include passwords, tokens, or unnecessary private information. Read the Community Standards.
