Using FourMind
A person must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and FourMind Station, and use the service lawfully. The account owner is responsible for activity under their account and for choosing which apps and schedules to restrict.
Restrictions and FourMind Station
FourMind relies on public operating-system capabilities. Availability and enforcement can change with device settings, permissions, operating-system updates, or platform limits. The user should never place the Station somewhere unsafe or inaccessible.
Essential device functions and emergency paths must remain available. FourMind must not be used where delayed access to another app could create danger, loss, or a legal violation.
Accounts and community
Users may not impersonate others, harass people, automate abuse, bypass service security, or publish unlawful content. The Community Standards apply to profiles, groups, invitations, challenges, and other social activity. Users can report content and block accounts. FourWeb Studio may remove content or limit, suspend, or close accounts when reasonably needed to protect users, comply with law, or preserve the service.
FourMind Station preorder
A preorder records interest in FourMind Station and does not create a charge, purchase obligation, or sales contract. The indicative first-edition price is €49.99 including VAT; shipping will be calculated and shown separately before any purchase.
Images, dimensions, materials, and finishes shown during the preorder phase are concepts and may change. Before sales open, we will communicate availability, final specifications, confirmed price, estimated timing, and purchase terms. The person remains free not to proceed. Any later purchase will use a separate checkout and remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.
User content
People retain ownership of the content they publish and confirm that they have the rights needed to share it. Solely for the time and to the extent necessary to operate FourMind, they grant FourWeb Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, technically adapt, moderate, and distribute that content within the service. The license ends when content is deleted, except for temporary technical copies, content already shared with others, and records needed for security or legal obligations.
Availability
The service may change as features and platform capabilities evolve. We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that restrictions will be impossible to bypass.
Privacy, deletion, and contact

Provider and governing law
FourMind is provided by FourWeb Studio di Salvatore Bilardi, sole proprietorship, VAT number 10954031216, Via Luigi Calvanese 17, 80026 Casoria (NA), Italy. Italian law applies where permitted, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
